- Original Content: Articles must be unique, original, and not previously published elsewhere. We perform plagiarism checks to ensure exclusivity.

- General Requirements:
- Article Length: Articles should be between 1,000 and 1,500 words. If your content is extensive, we can consider publishing it as a series.
- Target Audience: Mechanical engineers at all career levels, from students to seasoned professionals.
- Tone: Articles should be conversational yet authoritative. Promotional content is not allowed in free articles; the focus should be informative and engaging for the audience.
- Language and Quality: We expect high-quality English. If needed, we offer writing and editing assistance for a fee.
- Editorial Processing Fee: A $50 non-refundable fee is required for editorial processing, covering checks and content review. Ensure adherence to these guidelines to avoid disappointment.
- Non-Promotional and Links Policy:
- In free articles, only one link to the contributor's website is allowed, embedded naturally within the text. This link should not be a call-to-action and cannot be promotional. Educational video links (e.g., YouTube) are also acceptable.

- Quality and Structure: Articles should be organized with headers (H2, H3) and well-structured to enhance readability.
- Intro: Provide a brief intro (150 words max) summarizing the article’s core points.

- Images and Videos:
- Images: At least one quality image (minimum 1200 x 625px) is required. Ideally, each main section should have an accompanying image or video.
- Videos: You may include a YouTube video link where relevant, provided it is educational and not overly promotional, even if hosted on a company channel.
- Citation and References: Reference any data, studies, or specific technologies mentioned. Proper citations are required, especially for technical claims.
- Author Bio: Include a short bio (60 words max) at the end of the article with your name, title, a brief background, and a social media link.
- Email Requirement: IMPORTANT: Submissions from generic email domains (e.g., Gmail, Outlook) will be automatically rejected. Please use a company email address when submitting.
- Copyright: By submitting, you confirm that you are the author and that all content, including images, is original.
- Editing and Revisions: Articles may be edited for clarity, grammar, and adherence to our style guide. Major edits will be sent to the contributor for approval.
- Content Suitability: We reserve the right to decline any content we deem unsuitable for our site for any reason.
- Response Time: We review submissions within four weeks. If you don’t receive a response within this timeframe, feel free to submit a new article or follow up with us.
