Permanent Magnetic Potential Energy is said to be impossible ( at this time in history ) But it is possible to convert Permanent Magnetic materials into a self power output energy machine or device ( using on the built in power source of Permanent Magnetic Potential Energy ( used in a technology Called -- EttCM energy technology --

The means to produce usable energy of motion output conforms to all the laws of Physics and to some of the laws of thermodynamics but a new concept in Physics laws has been produce on 7 / 12 / 2025 by Dr. Thomas Wlazlak ( me ) This is Cooldyamics ( that as yet is unknown to the Science Community ) and is under development to the laws the pertain to the term ( Cooldynamics ) This is based on the energy that is Created from Cold energy sources being ( Gravity or magnetic ) potential energy sources That is not energy as it is force not movement - but the force can ( Create ) kinetic energy of motion that was not in motion before it was made to move by force alone:

The drawing below shows a device where 12 cylinders have magnets inside that are sealed and have mercury of weight that move them back and forth inside the cylinder easily: The machine is vertical so the gravity of weight of the mercury is used to compress the magnets together at the bottom and moved apart at the top: because all the magnets in the cylinders are being repelled form each other: all the cylinders are equal in balance and because liquid seeks its own lever the wheel of cylinders is in balance and takes very litter energy of force to move and rotate the wheel: only a small amount of bearing friction is needed to rotate and move the wheel ( in this application about 1/8 Lbs of force is needed )

Because the wheel is in balance only 1/8 Lbs of force is needed to move and rotate the wheel into a constant rotation of movement:

Note this: because the amount of total energy than can be produced as output power is 1 and 1/2 Lbs force of power production:

This will be shown to be true: in this Learning and teaching tool of the EttCM energy technology systems: of basic concepts plans shown:

Note: on the right side is a steel metal induction plate that attracts magnetic force
When 2 magnets are pushed together as shown at the bottom the attraction force is reduced ( in this case 1/4 lbs of attraction ) is being pulled into the steel plate used on the device system;
At the Top when the magnets are moved apart the magnetic attraction returns back to the normal pull of force ( in this case 2 Lbs of attraction )

The forces of attraction produce a formula of 2 - ( 1/8 - 1/4 ) = about 1 and 1/2 pull force of attraction to the steel plate
Remember: the wheel is in constant balance and does not take energy from the output to rotate:
( The wheel rotating produces the decreasing and returning to normal ) power of attraction that produces the main usable output power of motion: Because the wheel does not use energy to make the 1 and 1/2 power force of attraction ( all the 1 and 1/2 lbs of power is usable output power; to run anything that run on power itself:

2 test were done showing how the decreasing and returning to normal power of attraction to ferrous or iron type metals were used:

The First test shown the Decreasing force of attraction

Notice the distance from the center on the magnets and the steel plate; this is the maximum distance before the magnets are pulled away from the steel plate meaning this is the maximum power this can produce ( being 1/4 lbs pull force )

Notice where the magnets are moved apart the power of attraction returns to normal pull of attraction ( being 2 lbs on this test using these NeFeB magnets )

The drawing below shows the balancing affect having all the magnets being repelled form each other on a radial type motor using a crankshaft that is fixed not to rotate where the wheel of cylinders does rotate having the single magnets attached to the end of the cylinders where they also rotate with the wheel in turn: making the same decreasing and returning to normal power of attraction force to produce the output power of Kinetic energy of movement using the steel plate in the same way as the mercury wheel does:

notice at the bottom the magnets are being pushed together and at the top the magnets are moved apart:
But the wheel is always in balance taking only bearing friction to move and rotate being again ( 1/8 Lbs )

The 2 Lbs is forward motion and the ( 1/4 + 1/8 ) are reversed energy needed from the output power of the ( 2 Lbs forward power made )

There are 2 parts to the technology the first part ( produces the output power by decreasing and returning the attracting force )

The second part is the production of the Kinetic energy of motion produces from the decreasing power of attraction produce by the means of
pushing the 2 poles of the same type together being South to south in this case: )
